  • This workshop really brought conflict to light for me helping to see it from a different perspective, but also to understand what people say regarding the conflict. I have been working through some conflict in my job and this workshop has helped me to validate what some people say and hear it from their voice. This doesn't mean they are 'right' or 'wrong' but that there is more than one version of the conflict. I highly recommend it for everyone!

  • Nicole is an incredible facilitator. Her presence and methodology made me feel comfortable and supported when discussing vulnerable topics. I appreciated the examples and prompts which allowed us to connect the key takeaways to situations we're facing in our daily work/lives and also Nicole's acknowledgement of when these tools will not work because the harm is too great. I will definitely be attending future workshops.
